
Actually caring about their employees. The kitchen manager is crass, talks down to everyone and will happily cut people's hours just because she doesn't like them.
The interview process seemed thorough in explaining what the job would be and made it sound like a much more cohesive and positive place to work.
The hourly employees truly try to do what we can to look out for each other. Whether that be trying to help cover shifts when something goes to the wayside in your life or just giving you a hand when we are understaffed on shift.
