What makes me most happy at work is when i am able to execute the companies brand image and make successful decisions that clearly impact the store. This does mean that i am often improvising the design of select walls and tables.
The company overall needs to be better at communicating the company's overall direction. Customers frequently visit asking about certain lines and products and if they will return or be discontinued and we honestly have no idea. IE. True blue spa and Wexler products
It's not necessarily the company but many individuals come into retail with certain expectations but certain realities prevent them from becoming realized leaving select employees bitter about hours and/or the treatment they receive from customers and the lack of assistance from Loss prevention
