I think the future of retail is unknown right now. This is not exclusive to any one retailer.
I enjoyed the company had a clear screening process. However, I interviewed over a decade ago, not sure of the process now.
Our leadership has changed over the past few years alone. We heavy with managers and above, leaving small teams to work through the day to day.
