
Archaic, shortsighted vision, with never ending dead end changes has to be replaced with stronger, definable, measurable and a more unique visionary leadership that can show the workforce that there is a concrete future for them & the incoming youth. End the cast system of manager/employee
Scrub the current "old boys club" mentality. Understand the tangible benefits of diversity instead of the all too well known "window dressing" as a means to compliance for contracts and image purposes. Promote and grow a diverse senior and executive leadership team instead of working to appear that.
stop the constant squeeze on basic comfort such as office space, inflexible work hours, lack of a path forward, blatant misinformation and spins to otherwise highly intelligent workforce. Executives work too long in a vacuum surrounded by eager to please direct reports who filter much of the issues
