Working with my teammates is fun, exciting, and a part of the day I look forward too. Despite my troubles with remembering names, faces, and struggling to explain my meaning sometimes. They are patient, understanding and helpful to include me and listen to my feedback or ideas fairly.

CAI's inclusion to help support people with disabilities to me is amazing. The opportunity and support they provide to help you succeed with a gainful employment and to turn a job into a career as well as give you independence you lacked is to me unheard of or seen.

CAI's interview process is quite different then your usual interview. As a result at first I was quite taken aback by it and felt confused. But CAI took the time to explain why they did this and how it worked and I soon felt comfortable and relaxed going into it.

The team I work for always listens to my needs, concerns, and wants. They provide me feedback to succeed and listen to suggestions or ideas I give to better a process or myself. In short I feel like a person working for CAI not just some nameless employee on the books.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
It will sound strange but the work itself makes me happy! Being able to utilize my skills and education as well as expand it as time goes on was a dream to me a little over a year ago. Now I feel happy beyond belief and confident to succeed and grow even further with CAI's support
