My compensation package is fair for the work that is expected of me and my years of experience. My leadership team acknowledges that some days we are underpaid and other days were are overpaid.

Seeing the neurodiverse team members that I mentor and coach exceed expectations and bring real business value to our clients brings me joy. I love seeing the self-confidence grow in my team members with each passing day and week.

My manager and peers are engaging and always willing to lend a hand or offer advice when needed. I love their passion for enabling Neurodiverse team members to allow them to shine and achieve both their career and personal goals.

Due to the pandemic and the distributed nature of my leadership team, all interviews were performed by video conference. The recruiter who contacted my did an excellent job describing the role and responsibilities and preparing me for each of the calls that I had during the interview process.
