The Vacation days and the flexibility to work from home during COVID-19 pandemic. The wellness rewards are great so it lowers my individual contribution to my health insurance.

I interviewed a long time ago for this team. some of my colleagues interviewed me as well as my manager. I felt it was a good model to see that managers see their direct reports as peers in the hiring process and that all parties have a stake in a growing team.
