They pay as low as they can for industry standards and yet can dig up thousands if you are about to leave (if they care). Benefits are expensive and only "good" if you are healthy.

Focusing on the betterment of employees lives instead of the clique of "VIP Experts" at the top. Leadership expects employees to constantly donate $$, but gives low pay and constantly is removing any perks. They don't remember what its like to live on less than $100k, let alone the 35k they hire at.
