There are several benefits afforded to fulltime employees! They are openly communicated to staff by the HR group which is great.
The company needs to get better about nepotism at their distribution centers- while it might not seep into other DC's it does impact work quality and creates a lack of professionalism.
The leadership team needs to getter better at retention rate. There's a reason there's a high turnover and why they are always hiring new people. It is a night shift job which is heavy and not for everyone- but the work environment makes it impossible to withstand.
The coworkers need to get better about being professional. Here everyone is going behind everyone's back to get the upper hand. Everyone is constantly dating each other and then there is drama the follows. It's irritating- think high school but on steroids because everyone working here is ghetto.
Everything behind the scenes- no one stays. It's not a company that you like to grow in. It's frustrating seeing the lack of effort on the company's part. The DC's have an extremely hard task- and it is incredibly labor intensive. Unfortunately, they rely far too much on one or two employees.
