My compensation has barely moved in four years. I am not paid fairly, and I have found a better paying job. The only ones hurt by this are my team.
I get along very well with my team. We communicate effectively even though we are all remote, which Michael Neidorff will eventually faze out since he is an old-timer not keeping up with the times.
There is a big disconnect between the managers who know who the best workers are, who are giving the great reviews, to the upper management giving out the raises. There is no rhyme or reason as to who makes more money doing the same job.
