Distributing annual funds and raises fairly. a 2.5% annual raise helps line the pockets of the highest paid while a $40,000 salary will only get a $1000 cost of living wage. someone making $500,000 will get a $12,500 annual wage. Lower paid employees need more compensation. Top executives should not

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Centene has an awesome benefit package there is not just one thing that I can say because it is all good. As part of our benefits they have discounts for many many things. I am also in school and because my college partners with Centene I get a further discount on my tuition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work for a billion dollar company that can afford a $20,000 wage increase to all of the 56,000 employees on staff and will only cost the company $1,120,000. An increase in compensation to ALL employees would make me feel better about my compensation.

I worked for another insurance company before and Centene is by far the best positive experience I have ever had in a job. The company does a good job at trainings and its a positive work place and the culture portion is awesome as well.
