Working with my members and making sure that their needs are met when they are being discharged from the hospital.

We are team players we help each other and we all know that all of us will help one another out if anyone does need the help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I worked for another insurance company before and Centene is by far the best positive experience I have ever had in a job. The company does a good job at trainings and its a positive work place and the culture portion is awesome as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Centene has an awesome benefit package there is not just one thing that I can say because it is all good. As part of our benefits they have discounts for many many things. I am also in school and because my college partners with Centene I get a further discount on my tuition.
