Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work for a billion dollar company that can afford a $20,000 wage increase to all of the 56,000 employees on staff and will only cost the company $1,120,000. An increase in compensation to ALL employees would make me feel better about my compensation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Distributing annual funds and raises fairly. a 2.5% annual raise helps line the pockets of the highest paid while a $40,000 salary will only get a $1000 cost of living wage. someone making $500,000 will get a $12,500 annual wage. Lower paid employees need more compensation. Top executives should not
