The standard of the work we produce is good. We have a team f highly skilled pros and we're able to keep a high bar because of the comp we can offer

We have company values of hear hunger humility and honesty. People take these seriously and even in our year end review we look for examples of where we've exhibited these behaviours. Again the openness from the top of our organisation is also a huge plus for me.

I'm a manager so facilitating people to do great things is what makes me happy at work. If we can give clear direction on a project that allows individuals the freedom to make choices succeed on their own then I feel like I've done a good job.
