The amount of stress in my job does not equate with the pay. Has been a very hard year. Love the company, but departments could be more balanced based on benefits. I also wish that there was more opportunity to move up. I feel like I am stuck. I want to learn new things and do more.

I currently have no team.

Including all parties when we are implementing a new project/process. Asking the people that do the daily work how it will impact them. Making benefits equal to all departments . Some departments do not get very many benefits.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We have had so much turnover. I had time off requested for Thanksgiving it was rejected. I asked if I could have time off for Christmas and was allowed one day. My department made a decision that left one person. I am paying for it. Also seems that we get no benefits compared to other departments.
