I'm given the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of my own success. I also know I have the support to succeed. I also believe in our solutions and what we're bringing to the market.

I'm impressed by the balance between talent and humility. They are both personable and professional. They exhibit respect even when they are busy. Every seems to have a clear understanding of their role and responsibility and they take ownership. Another job well done by leadership.

The leadership team lives the values of the organization better than I've experienced at any other corporation - both big and small. There is a level of sincerity and transparency which makes them both approachable and connected. They work hard and have passion for the mission, which is inspiring.

The commission plan is fair, appealing, and inspires the correct behaviors. I've never been in an organization that has used this much wisdom and creativity to be in drive the results for which they're looking. I tip my hat to Gary Golden. Also, I'm VERY glad that Cherwell provides stock options!
