People are respectful when they speak and listen. My team truly desires to be inclusive and encouraging. Gratitude is expressed often.

I truly believe we are changing the way that people will teach and learn- that inspires me. I also love what I do. I just need to get more work life balance- work is a heavy lift every day. Although I love it, I get so worn out. I cannot maintain this amount of hours all the time.
