That although it's fully remote, I still feel as connected, if not more, with my co-workers than I have in any office job. The culture here makes work enjoyable.

That it is a "people first" mentality. When I had COVID and when I was out on paternity leave, the support I received from my team and the company as a whole, was amazing!
