Diverse team who celebrates our differences and come together to see how we can use our unique abilities to complete our tasks.
We all work together and good people
My peers are the best in the business. Our individual strengths combined make a very strong team. We wouldn't survive otherwise.
They all seem to be really friendly and willing to answer dumb questions.
The people are so supporting and nice, there is no stepping over each other's foot.
Get rid of lazy people and bring the skill bact to manufacturing
Move away from overreliance on email
The manager is incompetent and bad at everything he does
Show up more and dont complain about working

Do better at ratings and rankings. Quarterly reviews not well communicated.
Executive team needs to go. Disconnected. Out of touch. Dare to say they couldn't even pick out our equipment in a line up. Never see them in our day/day business. Just on the key earning reports or after a company wide survey results conf. Which again, is just checking a box rather than fixing.
Top Down changes and incentives
respect each person on .
New leadership would be a huge plus.
The Interview was straight forward
I felt at ease with all of the interviewers and could be myself.
The panel and their support
Well it was easy and smooth sailing
Behavioral interview. Standard interview process and multiple 1:1 sessions
Dont employ friends or relatives of management
No HR suppotnin interviews, bad recruiters, tkaes forever to hire
Good luck trying to move around the company. I have had interest in multiple roles, emailed HR partners and never received a response. Then the posting goes outside the company and someone finally gets hired. Almost seemed that's how they prefer it. Rather than promote within, reach outside
communication about interview results .
It shoudl a bit cometitive. The questions were not at all technical, and no training is provided once onboarded.
I am constantly provided with an opportunity to learn and grow with an awesome group of people.
Money and learning how different turbos there are
The work place, the team and effective leaders
A few strong leaders in place at leadership level
The people are the best
Managers need to be dedicated to the growth and development of their employees and not just focused on using those people to get stuff done and make yourself look good. Invest in your people and it will go a lot further than you think.
Motivation to success lacks and could be imprved by incentization.
Management is selfish, people are objects
We never have enough parts
New management, managers with “Brains”
When it’s time to leave for the day
