Lack of vision and direction, coaching and leadership, collaboration is missing, and many silos. No DEI, very little EQ, and one is expected to wear 5-8 hats in one role so there is high burn-out that no amount of money tossed your way can repair not to mention it is a culture of what you did wrong.

Hiring more people to dig us out. Cross collaboration, and organizational development to grow their people. DEI is embedded in the culture in order to normalize and this should be driven by leadership with expectations that everyone learns. You cannot expect 500 people to support 7000 franchisees.
