
Patience, comprehension, caring about the workers under them...they have a life outside of work.
Because of how it's poorly organized, most customers end up bashing on the employees even though it's mostly not their fault.
Don't leave a co worker out of conversation, or groups. Don't leave a co worker to work alone, and go off to have conversations elsewhere in the building. You're there to work too, not to have fun with you best friends.
A lot of things are going wrong. The owner, the manager. Not enough product is being ordered, leaving customers angry when they attempt to order multiple items from the menu, only to find we are out of it. Training is poor, and some co workers are favored over others.
