I have been with DP in multiple capacities and roles for 7 years. I do love this company and the people that I work with. My biggest issue, and the only one I have consistently had for 7 years is the lack of appropriate staffing. Everyone I talk to is past treading water, they are sinking.

Overall, I think this is a great company to work for and I am proud to be a part of what we are building. However, I think there are areas of improvement that we still need to open our eyes to.

I am lucky enough to be a part of an extremely high-functioning team that pushes each other to think creatively to solve problems, and is always there to lend a helping hand to one another.

I think that there is a clear lack of understanding surrounding what is involved in my position. I also feel that team members companywide are constantly struggling with excessive workloads and employees are used as a solution for the imbalanced resources we have in comparison to those workloads.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The leadership team both at a high level and that I work with directly are always open to hearing new ideas and even constructive criticism of current processes. Being open-minded when hearing things that aren't the most pleasant is so imperative to growth, and our leaders do it well.
