I have not been with the management side of things for a long time but being with the dogs and working in the centet directly with them, I think more can be done to make things run smoother since we are nation wide company.

How supportive they are. No how big or small an issue sounds, they are always there to help in anyway possible.

My main core of full timer's are always their to work there shifts. Their passion with the dogs and how much they truly like being around them.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel as I was wanting to move up slowly, I was given the title of AGM but immediately after I was doing GM work for the pay of a AGM for 4 months at least. I believe I should have been given GM salary or something extra for the work I was doing with no training to being with.
