my overall experience at DP has been good, I've learned so much, and I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of amazing people. I have also been recognized and rewarded for working hard, which feels good. However, the workload has always been higher than I feel I can keep up with reasonably.

I have experienced a ton of growth here and gotten the opportunity to be a part of some really exciting projects and initiatives. I think we are heading in the right direction with a lot of the things people are trying to implement, there's just too many to implement right now. We need to prioritize

setting realistic goals and expectations, not overcommitting to the board at the expense of employee mental health and bandwidth, promoting people when it has been earned, implementing cross-departmental standards across similar roles for behavior and outputs

Setting realistic timelines for launching new initiatives and giving the teams space to breathe and be creative innovators Not eliminating positions without fully understanding what the person whose position is eliminated was actually doing and having a plan of action to tackle those tasks

There are simply too many competing priorities. There are too many expectations. There is no time to catch your breath between hurdling towards another crazy launch timeline for another new thing. We never take time to evaluate and improve what we've already launched, we just add on more and more

we are stretched way too thin. there are too many things that have all been deemed "priority one". technological systems that were supposed to help are taking far longer to implement than expected. we need more team members OR we need fewer priority one initiatives and more time to accomplish them.
