My company, not DP, is everything I hoped it could be. I've grown as a person, I've been challenged, and I've put my blood, sweat and tears into making sure it's successful. There isn't anything I wouldn't do to keep my team and my dogs safe.

My team is one of the best out there, because the work they do has and always will be for the dogs best interest. They truly care about the differences they're making in our clients life.

There is little to no room for growth, and AM's are salary with the option of earning overtime, but than we're told by higher ups we need to stop allowing overtime. Can you see the problem?

Our culture (not DP but up before we were acquired) is everything you hope to be for a small business that cares for animals. It comes natural, and is not dictated by someone who has never even met us. It's beyond simply googling "positive company culture". It's real.

I get to make a positive impact on the dogs in my care, and support the wonderful people around me while they do the same. Coming in to work, post acquisition has only changed the fact that I don't know we'll be able to keep going long term, with all of the issues we've continued to have.
