Easy to talk to and very open to new ideas. Always clear instructions on what is expected.

There is alot of work to be done and some employees do more than others. I do not feel like the employees who go above expectations are recognized enough.

Most employees are willing to help out when needed in different areas of the workplace. Most importantly I believe every team member truly cares about the wellbeing of the dogs in our care everyday.
