While the salary rate is excellent and slightly above the market average, I am most inspired by the provided stock. This provides motivation to do everything possible to help improve the business and grow the value of the stock.

Eargo's interview process was extensive. I attended 5 meetings, each with a leader of a different department. This allowed Eargo to make sure I would be a good fit for them and I was able to make sure that Eargo was a good fit for me.
