It's fair, but it could always be better. 3% raises are borderline insulting, barley keeping up with COLA, esp. in Silicon Valley with very expensive living costs.
Attempts at Transparency are laudable, but I don't think we get the whole story. Everyone is approachable, and that's positive. Everyone seems to know everyone's name.
The person who interviewed me make me wait on the phone for 90 minutes before I begged off and re-scheduled. He was an asshat and was fired two months later. Everyone is always running late for meetings. It's quite annoying.
