Encora is the best company I have had the chance to work with. If I had to sum it up in just one word, I would say "integrity." While this should be a given, I have found that many companies are more than willing to lower standards to make a gain. Not here.

I like how the leadership trusts me. I like how I don't need to "ask permission" for next steps. I get to analysis, think, create and move forward on my own. That said, leadership is always available for feedback and suggestions.

All requirements by law are met, without any shortcuts, blurred lines or grey areas. There is an opportunity for an annual bonus (which I have come to see as a given). And the flexibility to work from wherever, whenever is the best.
