Review from Product Dept
There is a significant lack of empathy and genuine interest in employee well-being, leading to a demotivating atmosphere. The extreme disengagement from managers further exacerbates this issue, leaving employe feeling unsupported and undervalued.
Review from Engineering Dept
Probably communication and interaction with contractors. We're often left out of the dynamics for payroll employees.

Have been three years now without salary reviews in Mexico. I understand de circumstances, but expenses and cost of living is increasing, but income is not. Other than that, is clear management is trying their best to revert this situation. But yes, we all need a raise.
Review from Engineering Dept
As per a market research the role I am in generally received 5% higher than what I had been making or they get benefits such as yearly bonus etc but here we don't have a bonus neither is the pay out good not do we have monthly incentives This really adds to the work stress and demotivation
Review from Engineering Dept
Compensation and benefits are not as per industry standards.
Review from Engineering Dept
Compensation in other places can be 25% higher for my role. Also not having a career path or any performance reviews makes me think this will not improve.

Our team has several strengths that make working together a rewarding experience. However, there is one team member whose lack of contribution has impacted our overall productivity. This issue was reported to management, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address it.

Working from home is a key benefit. It's great to have the flexibility to handle our workday as we please (of course while keeping up with the team's needs). Same applies to free days or emergency leaves.

Firstly, fostering a genuine sense of empathy and interest in employees is crucial. Many team members feel demotivated due to the extreme lack of support and abandonment from management. Leaders need to engage more deeply with their teams, offering regular 1:1 meetings as promised.
Review from Engineering Dept
Look for good projects. Look for good compensation and benefits for all teams across.

Review from Engineering Dept
There is a significant need for transparency and accountability within HR. Instead of assisting employees, HR often reports issues back to managers, which can lead to a culture of mistrust and fear. HR should act as a supportive mediator, ensuring that employees' concerns are addressed.
Review from Engineering Dept
poor engagement, poor communication, misunderstandings of what needs to be achieved
Review from IT Dept
There is too much to try to tackle this in 300 words. But maybe honesty, visibility, transparency, and job stability are weak and this creates a toxic, paranoid environment.
Review from Marketing Dept
Offered two months of training when hired but never got any real training.
