There is a significant lack of empathy and genuine interest in employee well-being, leading to a demotivating atmosphere. The extreme disengagement from managers further exacerbates this issue, leaving employe feeling unsupported and undervalued.

Our team has several strengths that make working together a rewarding experience. However, there is one team member whose lack of contribution has impacted our overall productivity. This issue was reported to management, but unfortunately, no action was taken to address it.

Firstly, fostering a genuine sense of empathy and interest in employees is crucial. Many team members feel demotivated due to the extreme lack of support and abandonment from management. Leaders need to engage more deeply with their teams, offering regular 1:1 meetings as promised.
