Encora needs to worried more about the exchange rate and his affectation in his employees

I received an award from Encora in March 2024. However, on April 5th, I was told the client's access rules led to my termination in 30 days. Why hire me if access was an issue? After a year of dedicated work, shouldn't Encora assist in finding a new project instead of terminating me?

The new CEO is enacting layoffs to replace everyone on our team with someone in India, despite our high performance and output. There is no real transparency or communication from the CEO. We only hear rumors. It is a toxic environment to be part of. Everyone is looking for another job.

No teamwork, no clear goals, no real training. Hearing constantly coworkers and manager the "complicated and challenging" of the customer but no one's is really interest in improve anything, most people working in a comfort zone.
