It's a global company with employees from around the world. Everyone is not only very tolerant of everyone else who is "different", we embrace it.

People feel comfortable (not necessarily on their comfort zone, but where they know they can produce and learn) when working on their positions with their responsibilities. If someone is not happy, the company works with this person to find the best spot for him/her.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Our particular way of interviewing, in my opinion, assures that we bring to the company only people aligned with our principle and values. We are a diverse company and I guess that our interviewing process supports it.

I love the fact that even though I declined to interview for the role they originally posted, they took all my comments in stride, understood my rationale, restructured it, and re-reached out to me to re-interview me, and ultimately, offered me the job. Such open-minded people!
