It's a global company with employees from around the world. Everyone is not only very tolerant of everyone else who is "different", we embrace it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is the best company I've worked for in my career. The people at Encora, particularly the executive leadership team, is outstanding in all respects, in their character, their treatment of their staff and their customers, their work ethic, and their sense of humor.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love the fact that even though I declined to interview for the role they originally posted, they took all my comments in stride, understood my rationale, restructured it, and re-reached out to me to re-interview me, and ultimately, offered me the job. Such open-minded people!
