I can't really ask more that what they offer as I've joined recently(its been 4-5 months). But the roles and responsibility I take is more than what I get paid for. But still thats fine! as I mentioned above. I've joined recently. In future hope to receive accordingly.

On some occasions they call me to offer me new professional challenges and tell me that they manage a higher salary. But it is perhaps compensable with the work environment we have at Encora.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They sit and talk about others at lunch table. Always late to lunch! I know if the food gets over! We can place extra order. But eating food on time is most important!
