Company is good if you're good to your managers! thats all I can say.

We have UNITY. Helping each other whenever required.

Here everyone will be nice to each other, because everyone wants the work to be done hassle-free.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont think my comments make any changes! Its still at the hands of my manager who gives appraisal!

Sometimes things wont process on time(small things), but its ok everyone has their own work to do. But thats fine.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How to behave (manage) an Executive employee. (Without influencing their years of experience to discriminate employee and not to be favorable to selected team members)
What makes you most happy at work?
It doesn't matter whether Im broke or good. I always do my best at work. I take each task as personally and complete it within time frame.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They sit and talk about others at lunch table. Always late to lunch! I know if the food gets over! We can place extra order. But eating food on time is most important!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't really ask more that what they offer as I've joined recently(its been 4-5 months). But the roles and responsibility I take is more than what I get paid for. But still thats fine! as I mentioned above. I've joined recently. In future hope to receive accordingly.
