So far it changed my life positively. Due COVID-19 global consequences (salary review on hold, general uncertainty in the industry, eventual layoffs) the "coolness" as been downgraded to an acceptable point. I think CEO and leadership in general are doing their best given the circumstances.

So far is the best place I have worked. Still room for improvement, though.

Due to external circumstances, salary reviews have been on hold for a few years now. To me, have the compensation adjusted to inflation would be the least effort to have me feel better. I do understand the circumstances, and I acknowledge that in the past has been different.

Have been three years now without salary reviews in Mexico. I understand de circumstances, but expenses and cost of living is increasing, but income is not. Other than that, is clear management is trying their best to revert this situation. But yes, we all need a raise.
