The leaders are grounded, accessible, and realistic. They ensure our clients are happy with our services but not at the cost of employees' physical and mental health.

The kind of work is not monotonous. It also does not demand all hours of the day. There is a good mix of projects to work on.

My manager is reasonable. She knows how to get the best out of me. My colleagues are great and competent. It helps me to stay on my feet.

We interact as many times as needed to create a good product. We share ideas, ask questions to clarify doubts, appreciate (via mails) the good work of the team etc.

Working from a remote location, I haven't seen any colleague/leader in person. The HR process happened virtually. Nevertheless, I feel very much like part of the organization. People are practical and encouraging. Mistakes are seen as part of learning and improving. Feedback is always constructive
