I'd say company and it's values are great but company has to make some changes to the compensation components like adding food/meal coupons and removing of Gratuity as no employee benefit from it except company.

I'd like to highlight the absence of compensatory components, rather than the best portion. 1. Should abolish gratuity (only the firm benefits from it). 2. Sodexo should be included in salary (the employee should opt for it).
