I am currently below the average market value for my experience and skill level, but most of all, the working conditions at my Indy facility are deplorable at best.
It is Market competitive in its approach.

Company culture is client first and always. There is very little care for employees or benefits of any sort that help. I believe employees should be treated well so that we perform well and want to do well for the company and clients. Moral is low because of this.
