Mostly open and trying to communicate with employees. Seem that they have the company's interests at heart and are trying to do their best

Compensation is not increasing in line with the market value for certain roles or skill sets and does not reflect the workload we deliver

Team spirit, we like working together, we work hard, we try and focus on our outcomes and doing the best in pressured situations often with very little resources.

Comp is low in comparison to market and to other tech companies. Benefits are ok but not the most competitive. Very little to go above and beyond what other tech companies are doing.

Culture is open and eager to try new things, learn from others and be inclusive of all employees and viewpoints which is great. Would like more effort to be shown on the environment and what we do to protect it.
