Poor literally and figuratively. I literally don't make enough money to justify the amount of work I and others do and the general mood of us workers is beaten down and overwhelmed.

There is a massive disconnect between the corporate office and in store workers Corporate does not care about working conditions or fair wages. The general work force has become an army of deposable people and a never ending supply of kids who have no work ethic. Learn to value the dedicated workers
