
Some are supportive, friendly, and very intelligent.
They're real people. Just like the rest of us.
The money is good. The work/life balance, health benefits, and 401k, not so much.
HR and the "people" department ensure we are very inclusive, and celebrative. Also, they see the importance in shouting out milestones, big and small.
I am short staffed, and forced to "make it work" due to the budgeting of hours. My abiities are limited. I am not given everything I need to perform my job to the best of my ability.
