Since working for Highgate, my hourly wage was decreased, My hours have been cut and the property that I work at is going down hill. I am over all very discouraged and disappointed with things here.

Our property is majorly out dated, our amenities are down and need repair. Our handicap guests are limited on rooms due to the elevator being out of service for so long. This property is a shame for Marriott standards
