Well gad this came up now lets see what you all gonna do about it the Gm... That is the only way that we can make anything better the way she talks to people and disrespect her employees is not fair and yet HR thinks it all the fired peoples fault because you all communicate with them not us.
Front desk manger and assistant manager especially the assistant manager are so judgemental rude, they act like they are better than everyone. Have a bad temper and the constant verbal abuse. Constant because she never leaves
Hiring candidates who are not just qualified but also possess company values, honesty integrity empathy and loyalty
The lack of leadership and the environment is great when out gm is out of the office but when she is back the environment is negative
Managers that care less about profit and more about the employees that bring in that prifit
They need to listen to the employees that actuakly make the place run. GMs are lying about how good the company is doing while the rest of us do their jobs for them
