I did not feel pressured it was a relaxed interview

Ir was before highgate met with 3 managers all who were positive and engaging

Mrs. Regina was amazing i came in as a temp and worked with 15 other temps all quit except me at that time Mrs R. decided to keep me and make me permanent, after that i was in.

They made me feel comfortable and welcome you will open arms and it was pretty much easy

learning to speak to adults with respect

Not just higher anyone who applies. Have some standards. I had <30 min interview and got the job. Feom what ive seen and heard. People get the job and and not a right fit get hired and they quit after a few days

Correct Information about the position, pay & hours

I would have each department select the best canidate that fit your department not HR.

The interview process was typical, however, there is no forms of embarkment. Thrown into the position and expected to know how to do everything correctly without any training.

I just did not have a fair chance I have been in Maryanne employee for over 21 years and i have never been treated like this
