We have a lot of hard workers in our store and overall a pretty postive attitude. There's always someone willing to stop and help if you need it.

They tend to be more understanding of their employees needs than other retail managers. Time off requests and scheduling needs are usually respected, and management doesn't guilt trip employees for having lives outside of work.
