What are some of the best things about your team?

We help each other out especially during closing. My coworkers are all wonderful to be around. This is one reason I continue to come back for the holidays.

They are all knowledgable And very hard working

Willing to learn, have great attitudes, and they care.

The people are great and make time fun there

Some where relaxed and let me ask them the question without standing on my back. Only one that ever gave me a compliment

My co workers are great! They truly are my home away from home. I don't have a strong support system outside of there, so my co workers help keep me grounded in that aspect. But management and upper management...yeah nope.

There is no team work at our store.

Stop starting drama and being culty

They need to stop sexually harassing other employees

Communication and fair treatement. Some employees get journaled or even written up for issues such as freight speed or relay speed and then others are not. My store manager can simply target people she dislikes with no recourse for the unfair treatment

Do their work instead of standing around and talking

We have a very toxic work environment. People are allowed to cuss and bully each other and management does nothing. Extreme favoritism.

Understanding of everyone's roles and clear communication

No improvement will help unless management is held accountable for the abuse and disrespect to employees

Be nice to each other

My coworkers have no incentive to work hard when management plays favorites over them because they're full time. If they get a majority of the work it only makes sense they should be doing a majority of the work. The seasonal and part time people end up having to pick up slack for people.

Some are just are down right rude , this is a company not high school, now some are awesome and very helpful

They need to be more professional and do their jobs. They need to stop bullying people and stop hanging out in the breakroom every time you turn around. Not all employees are this way but the majority of full time need to improve

Better realationship and attitude. They have ugly attitudes

We have no meetings fir last answer. Co workers are not helpful at all. Yelling at you and the customers even notice it. Some are teally nice but others are not. One just loved to bully me and belittle anything i do.

Favoritism should not happen and it's increasingly getting worse. Schedules are not made for effectively getting things done.

Better leadership is needed immediately

A lot of my coworkers are OK it's mainly management that is corrupt in the store

There are few that need to be removed or fired from the team. They are not team players and refuse to work and act as such
