What did you like most about the interview process?

It was fairly quick interview process.

Posted 5 days ago

At first how want to hire me back on for being a amazing worker

It was a quick interview process

My manager had no problem accomodating my disability needs.

The interview was direct and straight to the point.

They are very thorough throughout the process.

They seem to understand my concerns , such as the registers but than they are really difficult and memorizing the sales and changes and discounts that change.

Open communication, with mutual respect

Simple, straight to the point

Easy, a monkey could pass the interview

Review from Operations Dept

It was very simple and straightforward.

Managers were very friendly .

Review from Sales Dept

The respect I received at the interview

What can I bring to this store

It was super simple and quick

The manager who hired me. He truly cared, and wanted to see me succeed. Then he left.

Review from Sales Dept

Misty was great asking me what I felt comfortable doing,

I liked that the manager who hired me was very responsive to my questions and made me feel comfortable and not uneasy at all

It was quick and easy. I knew I was getting the job.

I felt like i was actually hired because they liked me but come to find out they hired anyone because they needed help.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Allowing more online access for applications

How about asking any goals, I interests. If there is any concerns the employee has and if so contact HR for help

Less disrespect would be nice

To have educate managers who do not get engage with the cooworkes and respect to each one.

The interview was easy the manger was nice , till it came when started to work then it falls apart you but up with alot of crap, but not their favorites there treated with the red carpet

The honesty about what the job truly is

Hire capable managers for Gods sake!

For my manager to not hire somebody and then two weeks later make them full-time when they've never worked for the company and we have other employees that I've been waiting for a very long time for a full-time position. And working very hard to get it might I add

Review from Sales Dept

New manager's they were rude and made us feel uncomfortable

Get rid of the math part. You never use it
