Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for your company almost 27 years and I am barely making more than the people that are just starting with the company. It is very frustrating. I love my job but sometimes that part of it really gets to me.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
more a management problem of not encouraging team work and picking on individuals who she feels are not doing a good job. Not using training or teaching moments to help them improve, will let them struggle and send team members to help other departments to force that person to move faster. Not Good

Get rid of lazy store managers who get away with things they shouldn't and get ones who want to work with the regaulr hourly employees
